Not everyone can be an entrepreneur. There are many challenges that come with being an entrepreneur. Things like finding customers, capital, and etc. In America, Society is taught to go to college, graduate, and get a job. Entrepreneurs are singing a different tune. They are saying education is not needed in order to make a lot of money. This idea has been proven by many individuals, for example, Warren Buffet, Jay-Z, Kim Kardashian, Steve Jobs, and etc.
1. Being Innovative
Thinking outside the box and changing the game. Coming up with new ideas that set a product or service apart from its competition. Creating newer, faster, and better ways to do something that will draw a target audience.
2. Finding Customers
It’s a sale’s game at the end of the day. So, Marketing your product and service is important. Finding customers is only a challenge if you don’t have a good product or service.
A business owner must research and find out about its competition. What sets this company apart from others? Why should the individual come here instead of across the street? Asking questions like these will help to overcome the challenges of getting customers.
3. Be Fearless
Fear is a crippling thing and in entrepreneurship, there is no room for it. Being an entrepreneur is a lonely road. Not everyone is going to understand where or agree with the decision that are made. Most individuals quit their 9 to 5 with a steady income to go after their dreams of owning their own company.
“People by nature are trained, almost innately, to be scared of fire to keep away from it.”- Tony Robbins
The hard part is understanding that success is not guaranteed and does not happen immediately. A business owner has to build up its clientele and find funding to open up a business. It takes a lot of faith and patience to be able to overcome these challenges.
What are the 3 Don'ts ?
“We fail because we are lazy, we don’t put in an effort.” It takes a lot of hard work to be an entrepreneur.
2. Don’t be Afraid
To be an entrepreneur an individual must be willing to take a risk and has to be confident.
3. Don’t be Negative
Entrepreneurs are motivated and passionate. They believe in a dream and work hard to see it accomplished. In the world of entrepreneurship, the word no is heard a lot. No isn’t final and in order to understand that a person has to be positive.
